The focus of the Foundation is to invest these gifts with a dual emphasis on capital preservation and appreciation. At the same time, the Foundation will fulfill its mission by making worthwhile grants impacting the community without reducing the balance of funds available for investment and growth. Continuing the Light... The Shelby Foundation was established to generate money that would exist, grow, and be reinvested in the Shelby community.
